Role Summary

• Supporting the entire team in accepting incoming calls (inbound)
• Telephony for data management (outbound)
• Conducting customer surveys
• Organizational and administrative activities (back office management, including appointment coordination, ordering)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in the first degree and full-time study
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• SAP knowledge is desirable
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Enjoying customer contact
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and organizational skills
