Role Summary
You are responsible for the electrical maintenance of production machines and installations.
You are responsible for detecting, solving and following up on electrical, software and general defects on the machines.
You support production in all its facets, ranging from optimizing installations and machines, failure analysis using PLC and other controls.
You provide support in the realization and commissioning of new installations.
You report on completed tasks and associated administration.
You make quotations for mini-projects and establish contacts with external companies.
You perform TPM tasks within your own pool.
You strive to achieve the objectives regarding MTTR and MTBF.
You take care of the team handover.
Requirements
- You have a diploma in Technical Secondary Education in Electricity - Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a troubleshooting and maintenance electrician.
- You have a thorough knowledge of PLCs and programming (S7, TIA portal)
- You have a general knowledge of the following topics: ASI bus, Profibus-DP, Profinet.
- You have knowledge of industrial networks and robotics.
- You have knowledge of MS Office.
- You are willing to be on call at the weekend (pager arrangement).
- You are eager to learn, highly analytical and have good communication skills.
- You are hands-on, you have a can-do mentality and speak the operator's language
- You are a team player who can also work independently.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on, Electrical PLC troubleshooting and maintenance technician; for a fixed night and/or 2 shifts, from Monday to Friday.
Your Mission? You are responsible for electrical maintenance and maintaining the availability of the machines and installations for which the maintenance department is responsible.
