Role Summary

As a Production Technician you are responsible for an entire production line and ensure that the set production goals are achieved at the end of your shift.

You are responsible for solving both simple malfunctions and more complex breakdowns on the line. Of course, for the most complex cases you will be assisted by a Production Specialist.

Afterwards, you analyze the technical malfunction and ask yourself why it could happen and how you can prevent it in the future.

You think about how you can improve the speed and efficiency of your line.

You will periodically carry out preventive maintenance on the machines together with your colleague(s).

If a different product needs to be produced, you will be involved in converting the machines (tools).

Requirements

  • You preferably obtained a diploma in a technical field (electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial sciences, etc.) or equivalent through experience.
  • You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
  • You can work independently as well as in a team and are assertive enough to ask questions in time.
  • You have a huge interest in technology and because you find yourself in an environment of constant innovation, you are also driven and willing to continually learn.
  • You are analytical, problem-solving and flexible.
