DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

We are looking for a technician who will be the eyes and voice of Enpal in the area. You will not work on just one phase: you will follow our customers' systems throughout the entire cycle - inspections, supervision of installations and maintenance - both on photovoltaics and heat pumps.

Your task is to ensure that each intervention complies with Enpal quality and safety standards, documenting the work via the company app at each step. The position is based in Romagna and covers lower Romagna and, if necessary, the Marche.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Carry out technical inspections of customers to assess the feasibility and requirements of photovoltaic and heat pump systems
• Supervise the installations as an Enpal contact person on the construction site: validate that each phase is carried out in a workmanlike manner and record the start and end of work on the company app, which certifies the progress of the intervention
• Carry out and follow maintenance interventions on already installed systems, photovoltaics and heat pumps
• Verify compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, with the responsibility of reporting and stopping non-compliant work
• Document each intervention (checklist, photos, anomalies, technical notes) via the company app, ensuring the traceability of the work carried out
• Be the face of Enpal towards the customer on site, managing doubts and communications
• Coordinate with installation teams to execute projects accurately, quickly and safely
• Move around the assigned territory to reach different construction sites and customers

They constitute a plus

• Experience as an expert in the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, inverters and electrical panels for PV
• Experience as an expert on heat pumps or thermo-hydraulic skills

• Minimum knowledge and experience as an electrician: understanding of electrical panels, their operation and electrical safety codes
• Experience on site, preferably in the plant engineering or construction sector
• Good knowledge of safety regulations
• Type B driving license and availability to travel around the area on a daily basis (lower Romagna and, if necessary, Marche)
• Organizational autonomy and ability to manage multiple construction sites/interventions throughout the day
• Familiarity with digital tools (apps, smartphones) for compiling reports and checklists
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and effectively

• RAL €22,549 – 25,000 over 14 months
• Travel allowance €2,800 over 12 months
