Role Summary

YOU...

• create technical and commercial offers for service, repair, modernization and engineering projects in the area of electrical machines and systems
• analyze customer requirements and define the technical scope of services in coordination with engineering, service and other departments
• carry out cost calculations, economic efficiency assessments and margin analyses
• You control the entire offer process from the inquiry to the final offer submission
• Supports customer presentations, technical clarification discussions and contract negotiations
• You work closely with engineering, service, purchasing and sales to develop technically and economically optimal solutions
• coordinate internal and external interface partners and ensure that offers are prepared on time
• evaluate technical risks and opportunities and derive appropriate measures from them
• analyze market and competitive developments as well as customer requirements to continuously improve competitiveness
• supports the development of long-term service and customer strategies and supports the handover of successful projects to the executing departments

Requirements

YOU...

• You have completed a degree (FH/TU) in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or a comparable technical field
• have professional experience in technical sales, tender management, offer management or project business
• You have a good understanding of electrical machines, energy systems or industrial electrical systems
• have experience in creating technical and commercial offers
• have knowledge of cost calculation, pricing and economic analysis
• You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner
• Communicate confidently with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders
• have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are willing to travel internationally and appreciate working in global teams
• you impress with your own initiative, negotiating skills and a professional appearance
