About the Position

We are looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead with solid experience in modern architectures and technical leadership to guide a development team in building scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, active participation in software development and collaboration with Product, Architecture and other stakeholders to defi ne solutions aligned with the business strategy.

We expect a person who will continue to be hands-on, participate in the design and development of solutions and be a technical reference for the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's technical and architectural decisions.
• Design scalable, resilient and maintainable solutions.
• Define development standards, good practices and architectural guidelines.
• Promote principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns and good engineering practices.
• Manage and prioritize technical debt.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives on architecture, quality and performance.
• Actively participate in the development of critical functionalities (Hands-on).
• Carry out Code Reviews ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of REST APIs and architecture based on microservices.
• Participate in the definition of testing, observability and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate in the resolution of highly complex technical incidents.
• Mentor and technically develop the team's engineers.
• Accompany technical growth through continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineer Manager on development plans and career paths when appropriate.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Work together with the Product Owner in the technical definition of the roadmap.
• Actively participate in refinements, estimates and planning.
• Identify technical risks in advance.
• Coordinate with Architecture, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity and other teams when necessary.

Requirements

• What do you need to apply?
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years leading development teams.
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing projects with React.
• Experience in scalable frontend architectures (microfrontend desirable).
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience in CI/CD, versioning with GIT, and using microservices design patterns.
• Experience in the design and implementation of RESTful services.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
