About the Position

The Technical Lead (TL) will be responsible for technically leading a team of developers, working closely with the Product Owner to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a strong ability to define and refine software architecture, generate technological standards and raise the technical level of the team.

What do you need to apply?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Definition: Lead the definition of architecture and technology decisions within the team, ensuring that solutions are scalable and sustainable in the long term.
• Generation of Standards: Create and maintain standards and technological processes that support the scalable growth of the organization.

Team Monitoring and Development: Monitor the performance, professional development and technical evolution of the engineers under your supervision, promoting their growth and technical capacity. Monitor and evaluate the career path of each engineer, ensuring that they align with their professional goals and the needs of the organization.

• Leadership in Ceremonies: Lead and/or actively participate in all agile ceremonies, ensuring correct planning and execution of team tasks.
• Technical Refinement: Collaborate in the prioritization, refinement and definition of technical tasks, providing clarity and direction to development engineers.
• Incorporation of New Technologies: Propose and identify new technologies and architectures, providing examples and training to the team for their adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Work on continuous improvement projects in technological matters, maintaining a medium and long-term vision to anticipate business needs.

Requirements

• ○ Minimum 7 years of development experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, React/React Native (as applicable).
• ○ At least 2 years leading development teams.
• ○ Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• ○ Experience in CI/CD, versioning with GIT, and using microservices design patterns.
• ○ Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• ○ Experience in managing monitoring tools (e.g., APM).
