Advanced GCP: design and operation of high availability architectures in Google Cloud (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Networking, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud Armor).

Container Orchestration: Strong mastery of GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Cloud Run for deploying and operating microservices at scale.

IaC and scripting: advanced use of Terraform for declarative management of cloud resources; Python or Go for infrastructure automation.

CI/CD: design and maintenance of pipelines with Cloud Build, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI integrated with GCP.

Observability: implementation and operation of monitoring, logging and tracing stacks (Cloud Operations Suite / Stackdriver, Datadog or equivalent).

Desirable (plus)

Knowledge of the GCP Data and AI ecosystem: BigQuery, Vertex AI and Cloud Composer (Airflow), with a focus on infrastructure, governance and costs (FinOps).

GitOps: experience with ArgoCD or Flux for declarative management of Kubernetes deployments.

Service mesh: Istio or Linkerd for traffic management and security between microservices.

Cloud security: CIS Benchmarks, CSPM and secret management (Vault, Secret Manager).

Complementary experience in other cloud providers (AWS or Azure).

Requirements

Milestones and experiences required

• Design and operation of cloud infrastructure in GCP in production environments with high concurrency and demanding availability requirements.
• Implementation of complete CI/CD pipelines with integration of automated tests, security and deployment to GKE.
• Management of infrastructure incidents in production: diagnosis, containment, resolution and documented post-mortem.
• Implementation of governance, IAM and hardening standards in GCP for regulated or highly demanding environments.
• Add points: experience in fintech, neobank or digital platform with microservices architecture at scale in GCP; support for Data or AI ecosystems in the cloud.
• Minimum years of experience: 4 years of professional experience in GCP, with direct participation in design, implementation and operation projects of cloud infrastructure in production.
