We are now looking for a full-time back office team leader (m/f/d) for container logistics operations in the Technical Excellence & Innovation unit. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen location.

Responsibilities

Your tasks essentially

• Technical and disciplinary management of the assigned employees and support of the operations manager and team leader Technical Support & Project
• Budget responsibility to a regulated extent and responsible for ordering operating resources, work and auxiliary materials
• Supporting engineers in commercial processing
• Independent processing of open orders
• Processing customer inquiries
• Completed technical training or studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering
• commercial knowledge
• Several years of experience in managing employees
• Motivate employees and drive change
• German spoken and written
• Driving license class B
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
