We are now looking for a full-time Technical Support & Project team leader (m/f/d) for container logistics operations in the Technical Excellence & Innovation unit. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen, Dormagen and Uerdingen locations. The headquarters is Leverkusen.

Responsibilities

Your tasks essentially

• Technical and disciplinary management of the assigned employees and support of the operations manager
• Planning, development and implementation of projects
• Participation in safety considerations
• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements
• Budget responsibility to a regulated extent and responsible for ordering operating resources, work and auxiliary materials
• Reports to the head of container logistics
• Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable
• Knowledge of the chemical-related environment, BImSchG, StörfallV and projects
• Several years of experience in managing employees
• Motivate employees and drive change
• Business knowledge desirable
• German spoken and written
• Driving license class B
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP

In this position, we want someone who is customer-oriented, has a high level of team orientation and leadership, and has strong communication skills.
