Role Summary

What will you do with us?

• Managing a workshop team of approximately 50 employees and ensuring the achievement of department goals
• Active participation in the recruitment process of new team members and constant development and coaching of subordinate employees
• Technical support in the field of vehicle repairs, maintenance, service and diagnostics, as well as assistance in implementing new service methods
• Searching for and implementing organizational improvements in the workshop, based on your professional experience
• Conducting internal quality inspections and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Requirements

• What do we expect?
• Higher education in mechanics and possession of a master's degree in the profession (Kfz-Meister) or willingness to acquire the above-mentioned qualifications.
• Very good knowledge of German (knowledge of English will be an additional advantage)
• Several years of experience in a managerial position
• High technical competences and excellent skills in vehicle mechanics
• An orderly and responsible work style, as well as a passion for managing, coaching and motivating the team
• Confidence in using a computer
