Role Summary
You are responsible for the configuration and operation of our contact center platforms, support technical and professional development, carry out functional and technical integration tests and integrate solutions into the existing IT system landscape. You always observe architectural guidelines, security guidelines and regulatory requirements.
You approach system disruptions in a structured manner: You monitor the platforms, analyze incidents, identify causes and initiate sustainable improvement measures as part of incident, problem and change management. You also keep our documentation and operating manuals up to date.
You identify automation opportunities and weak points in the area of network and security technologies and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes in line with the IT strategy.
When working with external service providers and stakeholders, you always act professionally and trustingly, design future-oriented solutions together and represent the interests of our company.
With your agile mindset, you promote the agile way of working, get involved in communities and guilds and actively pass on your knowledge, for example by conducting workshops or internal lectures.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree or comparable training in the field of computer science or information technology and have relevant professional experience.
- You have extensive experience in the technical and technical design of work item routing and work item control processes and have in-depth knowledge of voice and non-voice routing.
- Your expertise includes network security and IT infrastructure; You also have practical experience in cloud environments and in automating complex configuration deployments.
- You have experience in integrating SaaS solutions.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2) rounds off your profile.
