Role Summary

Your power

The Subject Matter Expert is the ambassador of BEUMER Group and has a proactive attitude towards the customer. In this position you are responsible for technical support of the sorting process and carrying out and advising maintenance on sorting installations.

Success in this position includes effective troubleshooting and rapid recovery of technical failures, reporting and ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of the logistics process. For complex technical challenges, you act as a technical specialist and are the point of contact for in-depth analyses, troubleshooting and technical solutions. Guiding the technical operators/technicians is also part of your duties.

You have a passion for making analyzes in a technical logistics environment. You are a master in your profession when it comes to software adjustments. You are a real team player who also knows how to manage and coach the customer's technicians.

You will be part of the Residential Service department. You will end up in a fun, family environment where professionalism is just as important as a pleasant working atmosphere among colleagues.

We also expect the following from you

You have a Bachelor's level of working and thinking with a technical background.

• You have the knowledge and expertise to perform analyses, act proactively and solve problems
• You are a specialist in detecting and analyzing malfunctions
• You have good Siemens PLC knowledge
• You are discreet and reliable
• You have sufficient administrative skills and you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently

You are able to participate in meetings, both internally and with the customer, in the operational environment.

You are someone who thinks in terms of possibilities for continuously improving the operational process and the technical process

You are flexible enough to work in alternating shifts.
