Role Summary

This varied position concerns a full-time position within a laboratory environment where you act as the first point of contact within the organization for our customers to capture questions or problems and to make adjustments with a view to good service:

You are the first point of contact for our customers, both by telephone and email, you like to communicate proactively and in a commercially correct manner.

You help resolve questions from our sample registration department regarding errors or omissions. You will provide support for additional test requests from customers.

You work together with our planning department, which plans daily sampling and collection of samples from customers, and translates customer demand into the planning.

You translate the customer's needs and translate them into a suitable quotation.

Updating and maintaining quotations and customer agreements is your responsibility.

You are responsible for customer satisfaction and quality improvement, you provide support to customers with requests, and in case of common errors you ensure structured registration and follow-up to improve quality.

You are responsible for the receipt, registration and follow-up of customers and complaints.

You report deviations, deviating results and problems to the team lead and contribute to problem solving.

Requirements

• You have completed a nutrition and dietetics course, or other nutrition/lab-related training.
• You are an enthusiastic, communicative person: within the team you organize your own assignments and spontaneously assist when colleagues need help.
• You are flexible, hands-on, and administratively strong.
