Responsibilities

Our team in Dublin have a vacancy for a Warehouse Manager . The successful candidate for this role will ensure the sourcing and ordering of materials and stock, while maximising equipment availability by ensuring equipment calibration and repair processes. You will also:

  • Manage the receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Maintaining relevant stock levels of all associated equipment adhering to any minimum or maximum holding expectations.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction or SWARCO policy.
  • Executing all duties within the wider Zero-Harm environment -taking into consideration any COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • To provide a first-class materials supply and availability reporting service to the service centre providing coordination, quality, and commercial awareness.

To work in accordance with Quality, Environmental, Security

and Health & Safety requirements, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 and local working instructions/site inductions.

Requirements

  • Previous stores/stock control experience using a stock control system/software.
  • GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English, Maths & Sciences
  • Full and Clean Driver’s Licence – and Forklift Licence is essential
  • An organised and trustworthy person with a customer focused attitude.
  • Able to work flexible hours when required.
