Role Summary

• Responsible for approving repair orders for our vehicles
• Use your affinity for vehicles to reliably identify and assess damage to used cars
• Take responsibility for administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints
• Create the calculations with parts recording via the logistics program and ensure quality assurance and control of the data to be evaluated
• Provide technical support to our partner workshops and our own refurbishment centers
• Make a significant contribution to optimizing our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards

Requirements

You have already gained experience as a vehicle consultant, vehicle master craftsman, logistician, automobile salesman and/or have in-depth knowledge of the automotive sector

• Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools
• Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English and familiarity with common software applications (such as Microsoft Office)
• Flexible and quick comprehension

As a spare parts specialist/logistics employee with an automotive background (d/m/f), you ensure the quality standards of our vehicle preparation in addition to damage assessments, cost estimates and remote diagnoses. You are a competent contact person for technical questions about our vehicles and work closely with our teams.
