Software developer (m/f/d) for mobile robotics with a focus on PLCs

Role Summary

• Are you ready for the technology of tomorrow? Then join our team at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg location and take on the following exciting tasks:
• Development of software for mobile robots including the associated safety and drive technology
• Implementation, simulation, verification and optimization of the developed software according to the Stäubli standard
• Development of interfaces and software modules in the areas of robotics, PLC and visualization
• Planning and development of modular automation solutions as well as software for our mobile robot solutions and driverless transport systems
• Participation in R&D projects with interdisciplinary teams in product development

Participation in further modularization and automation projects for our mobile robot systems in collaboration with development partners and research institutions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Relevant professional experience in software development, particularly in PLC programming
• Ideally experience in the areas of (mobile) automation, robot, control, safety and navigation technology
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Proactive, responsible and analytical way of working as well as a high level of communication and presentation skills
