In order to set up and develop our new AsAflex locations in Rhineland-Palatinate, we are now looking for a committed personality for the position at our Koblenz location

Social educator (m/f/d) / project management AsAflex

full time. The office is in Koblenz. The activity includes regular assignments at the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Cochem, Andernach and Mayen locations.

The position is initially limited until the end of the current measure period on July 31, 2029. The aim is to continue to work.

This is what we want

• Completed studies in social education/work or social work, curative, rehabilitation or special education
• alternatively, completed vocational training with qualifications as a trainer and relevant experience in labor market policy measures
• Relevant professional experience working with adolescents or young adults
• ideally experience in implementing measures in accordance with SGB III
• Organizational skills and a structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking
• Class B driving license and willingness to undertake regular business trips within the region
• intercultural skills

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Participation in the establishment and further development of our new AsAflex locations in Rhineland-Palatinate
• Supporting the Koblenz site management in the organizational and technical management of the measure
• Development and implementation of uniform procedures, processes and quality standards
• Contact person for employees and network partners at the various locations
• Supervising and empowering participants in an AsAflex measure in accordance with Sections 74–75a SGB III
• Promoting the motivation of our participants
• Funding planning based on target agreements and ongoing documentation of funding processes
• Social-educational support for participants to stabilize training relationships and integrate into the labor market
• Close cooperation with employment agencies, companies, schools, chambers, guilds and other cooperation partners
• Acquiring internships, training and jobs
• Offering fixed weekly consultation hours
• Support in training new employees and in establishing regional networks
