Faced with the rapid evolution of threats, Sopra Steria has evolved its cybersecurity model towards an integrated Managed Detection & Response (MDR) approach, focused on operational results and business relevance. Our MDR teams operate a complete chain of detection, investigation and response, relying on recognized standards (MITRE ATT&CK), a strong culture of industrialization and an agnostic approach towards publishers.
You join a SOC (Security Operation Center) made up of around fifteen people. You are immersed in a highly critical environment which will allow you to quickly understand the challenges of our activities.
Your role and mission
- Integrated within a SOC, you participate in the following missions:
- You monitor cybersecurity alerts
- You also carry out investigations, technical diagnostics of alerts
- You handle incidents and provide responses to users on security issues
- In particular, you carry out malware analyzes and threat hunting
- You participate in the creation of Detection Use Cases & Detection, Investigation & Response playbooks
- You contribute to the improvement of the Detection product

Requirements
- Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Cybersecurity, and more particularly on SOC detection themes.
- You have a spirit of initiative, demonstrate autonomy on the subjects entrusted to you, are rigorous and methodical.
- You like to take initiative, work in a team and solve technical challenges.
- You are curious, a good communicator, with an interest in the field of cyber security.
- You have a fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
- Key technical and functional skills
- You master the Splunk SIEM tool
You know the Miter Att&ck matrix
- You process alerts reported by SIEM (Splunk), multi-vendor SIEM/XDR, IT, Cloud, Identity and Network environments, MITER ATT&CK, automation, SOC DevOps, AI applied to detection.
- Analyze logs and alerts from different systems and security components in depth
- You will manage different incidents and vulnerabilities
