Role Summary

Your future work environment

Within the entity specializing in Cyberdefense and Intelligence (around 150 consultants and experts, distributed between our Rennes and Paris sites), our teams are involved in many types of activities. Thus, in the field of cybersecurity, our projects address the professions of SSI consulting (risk analyzes and approvals), secure development (certified by ANSSI) of cybersecurity solutions, evaluation of defensive IT solutions, pentests, securing solutions.

Within these activities, you will coordinate different projects in their entirety: management of activities, team management, customer contact, management of financial aspects, etc.

Your role and missions

HR monitoring of project collaborators

Help your team progress by setting up objectives and mission reports for each project collaborator.

Monitoring of project finances

Manage profitability, invoicing and internal reporting

You may also be required to participate in pre-sales.

• Lead and lead a team of collaborators in the success of the mission
• Identify project risks, associated action plans and monitor them
• Build and maintain a relationship of trust with the customer
• Ensure delivery in compliance with fixed-rate commitments (deadlines, quality, costs)

Challenge your team on the solutions provided to meet the functional and technical needs of your customers.

Requirements

Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have significant experience of at least 4 years in leading projects around information systems, ideally in the field of cybersecurity.

You have already worked on fixed-price projects, ideally in ESN or even with a software publisher or an end customer. You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about leadership, supervision and team management. You have a sense of humanity and commitment, you are rigorous and have a taste for teamwork.
