Role Summary

Your future work environment

Within the Cyber Division, you will join the Protect Identity Value Center and more particularly the PAM (Privileged Access Management) team. Your mission will focus on the RUN and BUILD part of one of our Bastion projects for one of our clients.

The Sopra Steria RUN team is made up of a “Technical Leader” and “Technical Experts”.

Your role and missions

Within the PAM (Privileged Access Management) division, your activities revolve around the following subjects:

Design and deployment of PAM solutions

You participate in the design of secure architectures, the implementation of infrastructures, and the integration with business systems and applications.

• You support project and operational teams on complex issues related to privileged access
• Supervision and incident management
• You ensure the monitoring of PAM components, and the analysis and resolution of incidents
• You respond to incidents and user requests
• Automation of operations and continuous improvement
• You implement scripts and tools to automate recurring tasks
• You propose and implement optimizations on PAM tools, processes and configurations
• Maintenance of Operational and Safety Conditions (MCO/MCS)
• You manage the availability, performance and security of the PAM solution (application of publisher security patches, correction of CVE(s), etc.)
• You contribute to the definition and testing of recovery and business continuity plans
• Supporting customers in identifying and defining their needs
• You bring your consultant position (understanding business issues, interacting with customers, supporting, etc.)

Requirements

Coming from an engineering school or equivalent in IT, you benefit from solid experience in the integration and administration of privileged access management (PAM) solutions, ideally around the CyberArk suite. You master the design, deployment and configuration of complex environments, as well as their integration with third-party systems.

• Expertise equivalent to the CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification is required, demonstrating your ability to drive end-to-end implementation projects, provide advanced technical support, and ensure deployments conform to security best practices.
• Rigor, autonomy and a sense of service are essential to succeed in this position with high technical and operational requirements.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, allows you to evolve in an international context.
