Role Summary
Your future working environment
Within the Cyber Division, you join the Value Center Protect Trust. You operate in an international environment and carry out strategic missions for our Key Account clients.
Your roles and missions
As a member of the Protect Trust team, this role is a responsible contributor in the areas of documentation, implementation and operation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Module (HSM) Management, Key Management System (KMS).
Requirements
Graduate of a computer engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in the implementation/assistance of at least one of the following technologies/tools: PKI, KMS, HSM.
- Working knowledge of the following areas will be an added advantage:
- You have completed cryptography training
- You know the basis of security standards, data and operating systems (Linux/Windows)
You have experience in troubleshooting systems and knowledge of various file systems - NFS, SAN, etc.
- You are familiar with Cloud environments (AWS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems
- You are familiar with security practices regarding encryption and key management
- You are familiar with the practices and have skills in administering host security modules
- You have solid knowledge of X.509 certificate lifecycle management
- You have excellent technical writing skills and an ability to organize and document processes and procedures
- You have the ability to present complex security topics to internal working groups and projects

Your missions are as follows
You provide operational support for cybersecurity services such as PKI, HSM, KMS
You plan, execute and manage implementations of PKI/HSM/KMS technologies. You ensure that all security, quality and compliance requirements are met for supported applications.
You help and develop expertise in the fundamentals of key management. You apply this knowledge to host security modules and key management procedures.
- You support the team to help analyze and evaluate encryption methods and algorithms for data transmissions and data at rest to protect confidential information
- You maintain and follow accurate and up-to-date procedural documentation within the framework of security policies
- You respond to incident management system tickets. Support requires an after-hours call
