Responsibilities

Your role with us

Conduct qualified initial discussions

You talk to interested parties who have actively contacted us (no cold calling).
Your goal: recognize potential, build a real connection, create trust and take the next step.

Build rapport and trust

Our customers often open up very personal topics to you. You give them the feeling of being truly seen and understood - and guide them into the decision with heart and clarity.

Support from our customer advisors

You support our strategy consultants in their operational activities and take care of the planning, preparation and follow-up of our customer consultants' appointments.

Requirements

No sales experience yet? Career changer?
During the training you will learn everything you need to carry out the job. No prior knowledge of sales is necessary.
