Role Summary

Within the Robotics Division in the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you are responsible for a project team on serial life management.

Responsibilities

In this context, your missions are as follows

  • Manage a team to achieve the objectives of its scope
  • Analyze requests and distribute the workload
  • Manage business projects
  • Define clear objectives and deliverables for the project
  • Realize and finalize the results of the project in compliance with the QCD (quality, cost, deadline)
  • Guide and manage project execution using methodologies to ensure structured progress
  • Plan and track project milestones and deadlines using advanced project management tools
  • Manage exemption requests
  • Participate in the governance of the series life portfolio
  • Participate in events (trade fairs, conferences) and represent the company

Requirements

  • Training: Bac+5 in general engineering or specific field (mechanics, electronics, etc.)
  • Experience: 5 years in a similar role in an industrial environment

Specific skills

Project management tools (PMBOK/Prince II or equivalent)

Culture and challenges of complex mechatronics

Knowledge of the Supply Chain environment, industrialization, purchasing, etc.

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards
  • Change management
  • IT tools (Office 365, business software)
  • Foreign language: fluent English
  • Qualities: rigor, leadership, interpersonal skills
