As a (Senior) Strategy Associate (f/m/d) - Integration & Scaling, you are centrally involved in the implementation of our integrations and scaling initiatives. You work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO and take responsibility for operational implementation across several companies. We need your support for this!

Management of the subsidiaries

Responsibilities

• Control & Performance
• Support and partially independent control of post-merger integrations (Day 1, 30, 60, 100)
• Building and tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. time-to-integration, synergies, performance)
• Analysis of the performance of individual companies and derivation of concrete measures
• Ensuring that defined initiatives are operationally implemented
• Structure & Scaling
• Implementation of group-wide standards (SOPs, governance, structures) in the individual units
• Participation in building a scalable operating model
• Integration of new companies into existing structures
• Identification and implementation of best practices across multiple companies
• Close cooperation with management of the subsidiaries to further develop their units

Requirements

Your starting requirements

• Several years of experience in strategy & consulting, private equity, start-up/scale-up or comparable environment with an operational focus
• First experience in integration, transformation or multi-company setups
• Ability to advance and implement topics independently
• High implementation skills, analytical thinking and a pragmatic way of working
