and Workforce Management (m/f/d) you combine security technology, software solutions and business processes into a functioning overall system. You coordinate internal specialists, external partners and customers alike and ensure that complex projects are successfully implemented.

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects in the area of converged security - from order receipt to successful commissioning.
- You coordinate the various project participants and ensure smooth interaction between customers, subcontractors, technicians and colleagues from presales consulting.
- You plan and control budgets, deadlines, resources and project progress while always keeping an eye on customer requirements.
- Together with the customer, you analyze technical and organizational requirements and support their implementation in hardware and software solutions.
- You ensure that business processes and security requirements are optimally reflected in our systems and applications.
- You coordinate the hardware installation by external service providers and plan the subsequent testing, commissioning and acceptance of the systems by our service technicians.
- For software-related services, you will work closely with our presales consulting specialists and support resource and deployment planning.
- You identify project risks at an early stage, develop suitable solutions and ensure that your projects are economically successful.
- In addition, you organize project meetings, training courses and customer acceptances and act as the central contact person throughout the entire project.
Requirements
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT system electronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or a completed degree in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, security technology, industrial engineering or comparable.
- Initial experience in project management of technical projects, ideally in the areas of security technology, IT systems, access control, time management or building automation.
- Technical understanding of both hardware and software solutions.
- Passionate about connecting technical systems with business processes and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Structured, independent and economical way of working.
- Experience in coordinating different stakeholders, service providers or project partners is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Driving license class B.
