Role Summary

Would you like to manage demanding customer projects, act as a technical contact for project teams and at the same time sustainably improve structures? In this position, you will take on a central role at the interface between customers, consulting, product management and development. In addition to the successful implementation of complex projects, you will help establish and further develop standards, processes and best practices. We are looking for an experienced personality with a high level of personal responsibility, a strong hands-on mentality and a good feel for different stakeholders

Responsibilities

Control and support of complex customer projects as well as professional stakeholder management
Early detection and active management of risks, challenges and escalations
Sparring partner for consultants for technical and project-related issues
Further development of project standards, templates and monitoring processes
Close collaboration with customers, product management and development team

Requirements

Completed studies in economics, finance, business informatics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in project or engagement management, ideally in an IT, consulting or financial environment
Sound understanding of finance and interest in complex software and digitalization topics
Strong organizational strength, initiative and pragmatic hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of German and English
