IT Projekt Manager (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Do you not only want to coordinate projects, but also want to create structures, improve processes and take on a central role between customers, departments and development teams? In this position, you will accompany complex software projects from planning to successful implementation and help take project management to the next level. We are looking for a personality who can confidently manage both technical and professional stakeholders and is happy to take on responsibility. Particularly in the first few months, the focus is on standardizing existing processes and building scalable structures.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of demanding IT projects
• Coordination of resources, budgets, schedules and relevant stakeholders
• Interface between customers, consulting, product management and development teams
• Recording and coordinating technical requirements and ensuring structured project execution
• Further development of processes, standards and agile working methods for the sustainable optimization of the project landscape

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a software, consulting or financial environment
• Technical understanding of software development and software architecture
• Strong communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical contacts as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and English
