Role Summary

Your start in the product team at More!

As a Product Development Manager (gn), you develop new product ideas together with the product team and accompany the entire development process, from the first idea to market launch. You ensure that all information about the product ends up in the right place and support you with structured briefings. • Your mission with us
• You develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists and doctors
• You coordinate the entire product development process - from the initial idea to the successful launch and beyond
• You create precise and structured product briefings for the graphics and marketing departments
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, prioritization and further development of cross-functional projects
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth flow of information across all channels (B2C & B2B)
• You analyze market trends, identify potential and define clear USPs for our products in close coordination with the marketing department
• You create and manage label data in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Your experience & skills
• You have a degree in economics, nutritional sciences or a comparable qualification

You have several years of professional experience in product management, quality management or project management - ideally in the food or nutritional supplements industry

• You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly, clearly and purposefully
• You are independent, structured and have an agile and dynamic way of working
• You enjoy professional challenges and continually develop yourself
• You are willing to continue your training regularly and expand your knowledge in a targeted manner
• You speak German and English fluently
