Senior or confirmed consultant - Cybersecurity Strategy - Île-de-France

Role Summary

Your future work environment

Within the Cybersecurity Division, you will join the Cyber Strategy team in our Prevent Value Center as a senior or confirmed Consultant.

You will be responsible for supporting cybersecurity and IS managers in defining their cybersecurity strategy adapted to the internal and external context of the company.

This definition of strategy is broken down into an ability to have a 360 vision of cybersecurity, namely: carrying out a cyber diagnosis and maturity assessment, identifying appropriate security measures, carrying out benchmarks and developing roadmaps and master plans.

Among our sectors of activity, you will find aeronautics, industry, the public sector and banking/insurance.

Your roles and missions

Within the Strategy team, you will use your skills on the following tasks:

Before projects

• Support in qualifying customer needs in cyber strategy
• Development of project plan and associated presentation materials

During projects

• Collection and review of documentary prerequisites
• Preparation, conduct of interviews and workshops, and validation of reports
• Analysis, synthesis and force of proposal based on project information
• Guarantor of the quality of deliverables and monitoring of the project team’s achievements
• Anticipation of risks and ensuring communication with the various stakeholders
• Respect of project milestones.

Alongside the projects, you will also be in charge of:

• To ensure cyber monitoring
• To write commercial proposals
• To supervise junior profiles according to the complexity of the subjects
• To contribute proactively to the increase in maturity of cyber strategy offers
• To provide support and participate in improving the team’s knowledge
• Become familiar with C2 internal procedures and tools – Restricted use

Requirements

Graduate from a major engineering school or an equivalent university, you have a minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience and ideally 2 years of experience in strategy activities related to information security:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity norms, standards and benchmarks (ISO 27005 RM, EBIOS RM, CMMI, NIST CSF, MITRE, CIS, etc.).
• Your writing skills allow you to write and provide quality deliverables
• Your analytical and interpretation skills allow you to produce precise maturity analysis reports and formulate contextualized recommendations, as well as blueprints.

CISSP, CISA and ISO 27001 LI/LA certifications are a plus.

You also have the following skills

• Leadership and project management skills with knowledge of standards such as PMP, Prince 2.
• You have good written and oral communication skills, with mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
• You are autonomous, proactive and you have good listening skills. You demonstrate a strong spirit of synthesis, rigor, and a keen sense of organization.
• You have good interpersonal skills, thanks to which you establish relationships of trust and respect with clients and internal teams. You like cohesion, teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Your level of English is fluent, both written and spoken.
