Role Summary
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of one of our agile, cross-functional teams, which consists of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developers and UX Designer
As a developer, you expand and improve the Lexware Office code base together with the other members of the Lexware Office team in order to constantly adapt it to evolving business requirements
You can participate constructively and critically in the team dialogue and thus make decisions together and contribute to finding solutions that can be agreed upon
You are independent in your way of working and actively help to find and implement sensible, robust and feasible technical implementations for new features
If problems or obstacles arise, you don't hesitate for long and act yourself or approach one of your colleagues. We prefer short distances and direct communication
Last but not least, you are ready to familiarize yourself with new topics and specialist areas and to use this newly acquired knowledge sensibly in upcoming tasks
Your code helps to continue the success of Lexware Office. You are part of a large tech community that regularly exchanges information on overarching topics and the continuous development of our technical infrastructure
You already have several years of experience developing and designing cloud-based applications, including in-depth knowledge of microservice architectures, database design and RESTful APIs
You have (very) good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot; knowledge of frontend frameworks (especially React) and AWS or the willingness to work in these areas would be advantageous
You have an intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, a structured way of working and can familiarize yourself with complex specialist domains. In addition, you approach the implementation of new features in a binding and reliable manner. You always take into account both the technical requirements and the decisions made by the team
You can always take the perspective of our customers to make payroll accounting a great experience for them
You are passionate about agile software development (according to Scrum) and can easily find your way around an iterative approach. Teamwork, constructive and proactive communication and taking responsibility come naturally to you
Our team language is German, so very good knowledge of German (at least C2) is a must
We rely on team recruiting - our team conducts the interviews themselves. We look forward to getting to know you.
In his job as a product owner at Lexware, it is important to Alexander to work with great colleagues to develop solutions that turn small employers into big stars so that they can pay their team according to the rules and on time. In his free time he roams the East German provinces and likes to read a lot and (not always at the same time 😉)
As a business analyst, Laura builds the bridge between specialist knowledge and technology - and ensures that complex requirements become payroll that simply works. She prefers to clear her head outside in nature
As a developer, Marco loves translating complex requirements into sustainable code based on sustainable architecture. He finds balance in nature, preferably in the mountains
As a Scrum Master, Dominik accompanies the process towards optimal interaction between all roles in a team and across team boundaries. In his private life he looks for this inspiring challenge on the footvolley field
As a UX designer, Tobias ensures that our users effortlessly stay in the flow, even with complex topics such as payroll. He also looks for flow on the bike - on challenging climbs as well as on long descents
As a developer, Jurek particularly enjoys automating things and finding creative solutions. In his free time he is an enthusiastic musician and can often be found behind the piano or synthesizer
In the Haufe Group, we create groundbreaking working conditions in which each of us can contribute and develop optimally. With us you get space and responsibility, as well as the opportunity to work hybrid - that means a combination of office presence and home office, depending on the needs and agreements in your team. You also benefit from flexible working hours and have a wide range of training and development opportunities. We can be experienced and are officially a Great Place to Work®.
