Role Summary

You will be part of a team of Scrum Masters, OKR Masters and Agile Coaches that shapes the way COS works, combines agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, OKR, Design Thinking) with strategic teamwork and consistently focuses on value creation, outcome and customer benefit. As a line team, you support each other professionally, represent each other and pursue a common strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Establish agile structures: You sensibly combine Scrum, Kanban, OKR and other methods that are aligned with the team's goals and consistently align teams with value creation and outcomes
  • Team development: You moderate discussions, resolve conflicts constructively and conduct workshops on team development and strategic alignment - even for non-agile teams
  • Promote motivation & self-organization: You enable teams to make independent decisions and more personal responsibility as well as to develop into an autonomous team within a customer-centered portfolio
  • Strengthen customer orientation: You consistently align collaboration with customer benefits
  • Network across locations: You build bridges between the teams in Freiburg, Timisoara and Barcelona through regular exchanges and personal meetings and actively work with interdisciplinary teams across locations

Requirements

  • Experience in product/project teams using Scrum, Kanban, OKR and similar frameworks
  • Experience in conception, implementation and moderation of team and strategy workshops, also outside of agile contexts
  • Secure understanding of value creation, outcome orientation and customer focus
  • Strong sense of team motivation and tact in discussions and decision-making processes
  • Excellent moderation skills and pragmatic use of methods
  • Optimism, openness and infectious enthusiasm
  • Flexibility in working methods and general conditions, including remote work and presence days at our locations
  • Empathy, ability to structure, ability to deal with ambiguity and resilience
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for international collaboration
