Senior construction manager (f/m/d) EPCM Industry – building and process automation

Role Summary

Bring your experience as a senior construction manager in the area of building and process automation and take responsibility for demanding, innovative projects.

We drive innovation and implement highly complex EPCM projects for our customers. From semiconductor and battery cell production to automotive and life sciences to chemistry, power plants and process technology – we are shaping the future of industry.

• Your location? Various projects in Austria – main location Drees & Sommer Vienna
• Participation in the conception and creation of MSR/GLT concepts across all project phases
• Independent construction supervision for one or more construction sites in the LPH 8 with a focus on building automation (MSR/BMS technology) in the KG400
• Ensuring the economical execution of the construction projects, monitoring the project budget and developing countermeasures
• Support and apply cost/additional and change management
• Representing the client's interests, preparing reports and decision templates for the client (German/English)
• Management of construction meetings
• Execution of construction documentation using digital tools
• Accompanying commissioning, functional tests and acceptance tests

Requirements

Completed studies in electrical engineering, building, energy or supply technology or a qualification as a technician/master craftsman with a connection to construction

• Several years of professional experience in construction management or commissioning, ideally in building or process automation
• Solid knowledge and application of the regulations of the Austrian construction industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills in dealing with clients and project partners
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (project language: English)
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes and regularly work on construction sites in Austria
• Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks

We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €68,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 3,378.48 (full-time).
