Role Summary
On the client side, we take on local construction supervision and project management for infrastructure construction projects in transport infrastructure construction (road and railway construction) as well as in the expansion of the energy transition (power line and power plant construction).
- As part of our team, you will take responsibility for the following areas of responsibility:
- Independent processing of technical, organizational and contractual issues relating to construction supervision
- Coordination of construction activities
- Quality monitoring
- Cost tracking and billing
- Plan management
- Construction documentation
- Appointment tracking
- Tenders
- Additional cost claims
- Preparation, execution and moderation of meetings
Requirements
As a future employee, we are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, leadership skills and a high level of personal responsibility.
In addition, the following basic requirements are required
- Completed technical training (HTL/ FH/ TU)
- Several years of professional experience in civil engineering or in the ÖBA
- German at C1 level
- Driving license B
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Austria
