Construction Manager (w/m/d) EPCM Industry – TGA Mechanical

As Construction Manager TGA Mechanical, you will oversee the entire execution process for our demanding industrial construction projects throughout Austria.

Your location? Various projects in Austria – main location Drees & Sommer Vienna

Responsibilities

• Responsible for specialist construction supervision in the TGA Mechanical area for complex (large-scale) industrial construction projects
• Leading and developing the corresponding internal and external project teams and construction site personnel in the subordinate area
• Ensuring compliance with project goals, economical execution of projects within the specified fee framework and monitoring of the project budget
• Safe and well-founded application of cost, supplement and change management
• Participate in the preparation of offers, organization and optimization of project processes and ensuring compliance with all security requirements
• Employee management and development, moderation of project meetings and maintenance of relationships with customers
• Active and sustainable participation in occupational safety

Requirements

• Completed studies in building technology, process engineering, supply engineering, mechanics or technician/or comparable
• Several years of experience in handling industrial projects, e.g. as a construction manager, (senior) construction manager, project manager or comparable, ideally in the semiconductor, battery, life science, pharmaceutical, chemical, plant engineering and/or process technology sectors
• Experience in leading project teams and subcontractors as well as a strong entrepreneurial and communicative way of thinking and working
• Confident knowledge and application of ÖNORM B 2110 / Federal Procurement Act and other common regulations for the Austrian construction industry as well as the corresponding standards and regulations
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes and regularly work on construction sites throughout Austria
• As a foreign language, fluent written and spoken English should be a basic requirement.
• We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €68,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 3,378.48 (full-time).
