Responsibilities

• Facilitate the application of the Scrum framework and other agile practices with multidisciplinary teams;
• Act as a facilitating agent between technical teams, business areas, architecture, operations and suppliers;
• Remove impediments that could compromise team productivity and delivery;
• Conduct agile ceremonies, including Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement;
• Support Product Owners and technical leaders in managing and prioritizing demands;
• Monitor performance indicators, productivity and predictability of deliveries;
• Promote continuous improvement of processes, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture;
• Ensure transparency of the progress of initiatives through the preparation of executive reports and monitoring of agile metrics;
• Support the management of risks, dependencies and mitigation plans related to the project;

Contribute to program governance, aligning deliveries with the organization's strategic objectives.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in medium and large technology projects;
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile);
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in corporate environments;
• Experience in software development projects, systems integration, APIs and data platforms;
• Knowledge of agile management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar;
• Ability to conduct executive meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders;

Ability to negotiate, communicate and manage conflicts.

• Differences
• Scrum Master Certifications (PSM, CSM or equivalent);
• Experience in corporate integration projects, APIs, Data Lake, Data Hub or data platforms;
• Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery practices;
• Experience with agile scalability frameworks (SAFe, LeSS or Nexus);

Experience in strategic digital transformation programs.
