Construction Project Manager (Data Center), Real Estate, Greater São Paulo

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on the expansion of a mission-critical Data Center, being responsible for the management, supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring compliance with the project's deadline, quality, safety and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of Data Center expansion works.
• Coordinate construction company, suppliers, designers, commissioning team and stakeholders.
• Carry out physical and financial monitoring of the project.
• Monitor schedule, baseline, contractual milestones and recovery plans.
• Manage RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders and performance indicators.
• Conduct technical and management meetings in Portuguese and English.
• Prepare executive reports, risk analysis and periodic reports.
• Monitor commissioning activities, IST and final delivery of the project.
• Manage pending issues, punch list and closing documentation.

Requirements

• Engineering training.
• Experience in managing works in Data Centers, telecommunications, industries or critical infrastructure.
• Experience in managing schedules, contracts and suppliers.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in PMO, risk management and project control.
