Responsibilities

• As the first contact person for our customers, you act as a central interface and ensure that they feel in good hands.
• You are responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of discussions with our sales managers to ensure a smooth process.
• Preparing customers for their expert discussions is in your hands.
• Through your convincing communication, you not only manage to satisfy our customers, but also inspire them in the long term and turn them into fans.
• With your commitment, you will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes and work closely with the other departments to achieve the best possible results.
