You connect science, practice and people: As a sales representative for gastroenterology, you will create sustainable relationships with contacts in hospitals and in private practices - with a clear impact on care and the regional network. You work in a goal-oriented manner, think ahead step by step and plan consistent follow-ups directly.
Your mission/impact
In this role, you will ensure that relevant information, services and training opportunities reach the right experts at the right time. You create trust, structure dialogue and promote collaboration across sector boundaries. Your contribution is noticeable where it counts: in reliable relationships, well-prepared appointments and a professional exchange that continuously creates added value - always fair, compliant and strong in closing.

Our working style is patient-focused and characterized by responsibility. We value independence, efficiency, teamwork and proactivity - and we believe in the impact of good plans that are consistently implemented, adapted and maintained. You will find an environment in which performance is visible, feedback is valued and learning is part of everyday life. Together we work to strengthen relationships and continually increase the quality of professional exchange.
Your everyday life
Area development: You build and expand your area independently, deepen existing networks and implement your own, clearly defined projects - from the idea to the result with planned follow-up.
Account planning: You develop precise account plans, derive specific stakeholder engagement activities from them and implement them in a focused manner.
Further training & conferences: You initiate, design and organize training courses tailored to target groups and are present at relevant conferences - always with concrete follow-up.
Documentation & preparation: You prepare appointments carefully, conduct targeted discussions and document your activities in a structured manner - quality over quantity.
Market observation & exchange: You observe market developments in your area, actively contribute insights and promote the mutual flow of information in the cross-functional infield team.
How you work
You travel regularly in your area and plan your day efficiently and proactively. Every contact follows a clear plan that fits the overarching strategy - including concrete follow-up steps that you think about and schedule directly.
