Role Summary

Within the Corporate IT Group IT team, you manage and lead a team responsible for the administration and support of Microsoft Office 365 solutions and the company's collaborative tools. You also actively participate in the operational management of collaborative tools.

Special knowledge

• MO365 collaborative tools (mainly Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams)
• PowerShell Scripting
• Power Platform / Power Automate
• Microsoft Entra
• Jira
• Foreign language: fluency in English

Responsibilities

In this context, your missions are as follows

• Define and develop the service offering of collaborative tools for the Stäubli group and monitor their adoption
• Manage collaborative tool deployment projects, in conjunction with security, network and business teams
• Administer Microsoft 365 (MO365) collaborative tools: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, etc.
• Ensure license management, technology monitoring, incident monitoring and management, implementation of best practices and documentation
• Ensure the relationship with our suppliers and the various Stäubli sites
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and the development of the team

Requirements

Training: Bac +3 minimum in computer science

• Experience: 5 years minimum in the administration of Office 365 environments and in project management.
• Management experience is a plus
