Research Assistant / Researcher (100% Remote - Full-time)

Are you an extremely detailed person, are you passionate about methodical research and have the ability to unravel key information from complex documents? This opportunity is for you!

We are looking for a Research Assistant with experience in analysis and review of business documentation, ideally with knowledge in the Prop Trading or Trading industry. You will be the key to keeping our critical database accurate and up-to-date.

What will you do? (Key Responsibilities)

Research and Compile: You will search and compile up-to-date information on companies, specifications and industry requirements.

In-depth Document Analysis: You will thoroughly read and interpret FAQs, terms and conditions, internal policies and informative documents.

Constant Monitoring: You will be attentive to relevant changes in the documentation and conditions to ensure the validity of our data.

Critical Data Management: You will maintain an organized, updated and robust database in Google Sheets.

Optimization and Proactivity: You will propose continuous improvements to the data structure and research flow.

Strategic Navigation: You will use judgment and speed to locate clear and reliable information on the Internet.

What Do You Need to Succeed? (Requirements)

Sector Knowledge: Experience or strong understanding of the Prop Trading or Trading industry is a must.

Research Skill: Proven ability for online research, close reading, and critical thinking.

️ Data Management: Basic/intermediate level of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas and data organization).

English (Reading): Basic/intermediate level, sufficient to read and understand documents and FAQs.

Meticulous Organization: Orderly, constant, meticulous and quality-oriented work.

Proactivity: Initiative to identify vital information and quickly detect changes in business specifications.

Ideal Profile: A Detail "Detective"

Analytical, Detail-oriented and Consistent.

Accustomed to delving into dense informative texts.

Responsible and Oriented to Data Quality.
