Do you speak German and English very well, enjoy working with people and keep track of things even when several things happen at the same time?

Then we are looking for you to join our team.

Responsibilities

• You support the planning and coordination of our personnel operations
• You will be responsible for recruiting new candidates - from reviewing their CVs to approaching and hiring them, right through to ongoing support throughout the entire deployment
• You schedule staff, react to short-term changes and find pragmatic solutions if plan A doesn't work
• You communicate with customers and candidates and keep track of several ongoing processes at the same time
• You create and publish job advertisements and maintain our social media channels, e.g. E.g. Facebook
• You work closely with the existing recruiting team and contribute your own ideas and suggestions for improvement
• What you bring with you
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Another foreign language is an advantage
• Experience in recruiting, scheduling, personnel planning or a comparable coordinating area is an advantage
• You keep an overview even in stressful situations and find solutions instead of stubbornly working according to a schedule
• Strong communication skills – you approach people openly, even across language and cultural boundaries
• Organizational skills and a structured but flexible way of working
• Good Microsoft Office skills
