• Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist | Full-Cycle Recruiting) – Remote

• Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for interviews and candidate coordination)

We’re hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused recruiting role where you’ll work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions.

• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the hiring process from intake call through offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
• Create and optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility and candidate flow

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience

• Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

Nice to Have

Agency recruiting or staffing background

• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for:

SaaS

• Tech
• Finance
• Property Management
• Professional Services
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics
• Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Source candidates across LinkedIn and job boards

• Conduct recruiter phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Update ATS records and pipeline stages
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Review recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness
• Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations
