Role Summary

Configuration and operation of IT systems, applications, operations and processes of normal complexity in a team.

Continuous consideration of user and customer requirements to develop tailor-made and usable results.

Ensuring IPC (Incident, Problem, Change) management to minimize operational disruptions.

Ensuring the quality, stability, performance, error analysis/corrections, migrations, monitoring and documentation of the supported systems/infrastructure components.

Ensuring IT security; If necessary, in coordination with IT security specialists.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional and project experience.
  • Experience in configuring and operating IT systems of normal complexity in a team.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and IT security standards.
  • Willingness for continuous further training and active professional exchange.
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and structured way of working
  • Your communication skills in German (at least B2-C1) are convincing.
