Responsibilities

Perfect for those who aim to

• Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, CRM, Product, and other teams, ensuring priorities stay visible and on track;
• Own the meeting rhythm, including planning sessions, retrospectives, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions;
• Improve multi-brand processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and documenting new ways of working;
• Enhance Jira adoption by configuring workflows, building dashboards, and driving best practices across teams;
• Automate routine work such as status reporting, presentation updates, follow-ups, repetitive communications, and dashboards using AI and no-code tools;
• Collaborate with external experts and consultants, translating their recommendations into practical solutions for day-to-day team operations.

Experience you’ll need to bring

• 2–4 years in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams;
• Solid Jira and Confluence user, comfortable configuring workflows and dashboards;
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work;
• Hands-on with at least one no-code automation tool.
