Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Responsibilities

• You take end-to-end ownership of your own processes and actively shape how we make operational processes smarter and more scalable.
• You identify manual efforts, process gaps and optimization potential and use them to develop pragmatic automation solutions.
• You design and implement data-driven workflows, tools and automations that make our everyday work more efficient.
• You also work operationally in the processes yourself, work on complex cases and edge cases and, if necessary, go deep into individual process steps in order to solve problems sustainably.
• You work closely with Product, Customer Success, Quality Management, Finance and Accounting and bring different perspectives together.

Requirements

• You have in-depth experience in operations – e.g. B. in start-ups / scale-ups.
• You can work on complex tasks in a structured manner and find efficient and practical solutions even for demanding challenges.
• You like to take on responsibility and are not afraid to get involved operationally and delve deeply into processes.
• You have a passion for solving complex operational challenges and sustainably improving processes.
• You have very good knowledge of German (C1 level) and good knowledge of English.
