Practice coordinator (m/f/d)

Our training center currently has 120 training positions in nursing training. We also offer further training to become a practical trainer in the healthcare sector, as well as annual compulsory pedagogical training for practical trainers. In addition, the facility takes part in the in-house adaptation courses.

The training, further education and further training of nursing staff is an important component of our company's recruitment and quality assurance.

To support our dedicated team at our nursing school, the Städtisches Krankenhaus Pirmasens gGmbH educational center, we are looking for someone as soon as possible

Practice coordinator (m/f/d) full-time (38.50 hours/week). The position will initially be filled on a temporary basis.

Requirements

• successfully completed nursing training
• successful participation in a state-recognized further training course on “practical instructions in the healthcare system and geriatric care”
• Several years of experience as a practical guide with a high level of pedagogical and nursing expertise
• Open-mindedness, commitment to school activities and willingness to get involved in the school team
• Interest in personal development and willingness to take part in professional training and further education measures
