Role Summary

At We are Tims we are looking for the best talent in Latin America to provide services to our clients in Spain.

We are looking for a Back Office Administrative Profile for collections management: This profile requires administrative management, demonstrable experience in a call center, and knowledge of the office package. More details of the collection manager function:

Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Venezuela

Main objectives

Ensure immediate contact with all clients who have been issued an invoice for payment as well as follow-up for collection of those invoices.

Streamline payments by customers

Early identify incidents or non-conformities that prevent the collection of those invoices.

Responsibilities

daily calls to payment invoices issued the previous day. Reinforcement with email delivery
Follow-up with clients every 2-3 days both by call and email.
Press for payment of that invoice, remembering the accepted payment methods (transfer, direct debit or bank card)
After a period of time without the client having made the payment (for example 10 business days), without evidence of a serious incident, prepare a file for the company in charge of collection where the debt will be pursued both through friendly and judicial means.
Identify if the client expresses any opposition to payment due to a serious incident in their installation, differentiating between serious incidents that block payment and minor incidents that do not block payment.
Open an incident if necessary and collect customer feedback to pass it on to the team responsible for managing incidents.
Clarification of doubts about the next steps of the contract.
Approximate volume Between 7-15 daily clients to manage.
