Responsibilities
- Write, review and organize legal documents, contracts and reports.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases and projects.
- Maintain and update databases and electronic records.
- Prepare drafts of writings and correspondence for attorney review.
- Coordinate communications with clients, notaries, public registries and courts.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, legal requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Training in Law, Legal Sciences or related fields.
- Previous experience in paralegal, legal assistant or legal office roles.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and use of legal terminology.
- Excellent writing and document review skills.
- Mastery of office tools and document management in digital environments.
- Organization, confidentiality and ability to work autonomously.
What we value
- Knowledge of international or corporate regulations.
- Intermediate or advanced level of legal English.
- Experience in notarial, registration or corporate law procedures.
- Communication skills and professional dealings with clients and authorities.
- Full time (Monday to Friday, with recommended start from 12 noon Spain)
