Role Summary

As a Management Assistant, you will proactively support the global management of our Electrical Connectors (ECS) Division in day-to-day operational and strategic business. In this trustworthy key function, you will ensure smooth processes, coordinate demanding management tasks and actively contribute to internal communication and the implementation of strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive support of global management and top management in administrative, organizational and strategic matters
  • Creation of high-quality presentations, reports, analyzes and decision templates for management, the board of directors and group management
  • Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings, business trips and international events
  • Collaboration and coordination of projects in the areas of strategy, corporate development and communication
  • Interface function between management, departments and external partners
  • Managing confidential information and ensuring professional management and communication processes in German and English

Requirements

  • Commercial training (EFZ) or commercial diploma, ideally with further training as a management assistant and/or in business administration
  • Several years of experience as an executive assistant or management assistant in a demanding environment
  • Strong affinity for communication topics and ideally experience in international and multicultural companies
  • Entrepreneurial, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of service orientation
  • Loyal, discreet and resilient personality with a confident demeanor and excellent manners
  • Very good communication skills and competence in dealing with leaders at the highest level
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and modern digital collaboration tools
  • German (C2 level) and English (C1) skills, spoken and written
